    I was diagnosed with discoid lupus 18 years ago and was prescribed Plaquenil, which I have taken since then. In October 2012, I was also diagnosed with Sjogrens Syndrome but, as I was already taking Plaquenil, was advised the treatment was the same for Sjogrens.
